Customer's Fault Description
After 3 years it doesn't work at all with Digitemp air conditioner.

 

This aircon control arrived safely and on adding a power source was confirmed to be  totally dead.

On opening there was a couple of issues found.  The first issue was that the print was showing a few signs of wear, this was reworked which restored the display to normal functionality but then the Infra red led was found not to be sending a signal.  The LED was replaced and full functionality was restored.
