Customers Fault Description : Have replaced battery but remote does not seem to be sending message to tv
This bathroom tv controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting on any button press.
This is a common issue on these remotes cause by water corrosion. Parts of the print was corroded, this was reworked and full functionality was restored.
Please note that this remote is not waterproof and great care must be taken.
