Firmadoor Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Firmadoor
Customers Fault Description : intermittent failure to operate door required manual setting of door then back to auto at which remote worked for a few days until it gave up completely. A new battery was fitted but to no avail
This Garage Roller door controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be intermittent.
On opening there were a couple of issues found, the first was the button was reading a high resistance. The other problem was that the crystal was in need of replacement, both items were replaced and full normal functionality was restored.
