Customers Fault Description : After a few minutes the Receiver light flashes and eventually switches fire off
This gas fire remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was behaving erratically when trying both the up or down channels.
After a lengthy component test it was found that one of the crystals was reading slightly out of spec which was causing the issues. A replacement 40khz crystal was fitted and full functionality was restored.
