Clockwise reverse button (third button clockwise fron top) is working intermittently - have to use finger nail to find the “right” spot to make it work

 

This caravan mover remote control arrived safely an on testing was confirmed to have a very sluggish button.  When the facia was removed the problem was clear, there was corrosion over much of the problematic buttons contact points.  The corrosion was etched off and the PCB given an alcohol bath to remove all contaminants.  Full normal functionality was restored.
