Faber Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : red light comes on with remote but nothing happens on receiver
This Faber remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found not to be transmitting. This was due to a problem with the ultrasonic transducer in the remote itself. A replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
