Customer's Fault Description
On off slider button seems to be faulty
This caravan motor move remote control arrived safely and on inspection the on off button was not activating as usual. The battery cover was missing a couple of retaining clips and was jammed into place, we do not have replacement battery covers therefore it is advised to simply tape it back into place. The remote was cut open and the issue was found to be the PCB fixing pins were broken meaning the board was moving around inside. The PCB was glued back in place and full normal functionality was restored.
