Customer's Fault Description
No response from receiver unless remote is within 3cm.
Batteries changed in controller and receiver without effect.
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on inspection the receiver battery block was corroded due to battery leakage, the battery block was replaced which restored the receiver.
The remote was found to only be transmitting a very weak signal, this was rectified by replacing the ultrasonic transducer then the handset.
