Customer's Fault Description
I dropped it and the casing came apart. It still works if you hold it in a specific way, and wiggle it a bit but not ideal. I think a small solder is required.
This controller arrived safely and on inspection the case was loose with a retaining pin broken.
On opening the main pcb was also found to be broken, there were 3 tracks that had a crack through them making open circuits. The print was reworked and full functionality was restored.
