Customer's Fault Description
Remote is temperamental. It works intermitantly. Left roller, Right roller. selection for front wheels, selection for rear wheels, handbrake.
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the remote was held together by tape, various buttons were missing and the battery cover was missing.
On testing there was no response from any button press. Part of the issue was a missing retaining clip in hte batter compartment that was making the battery short the terminals and the other issue was the red LED was shattered. Repairs were carried out to the battery compartment, insulation was put in place on the terminal arms to prevent future shorting and the LED was replaced. Full functionality was restored.
