Customer's Fault Description
LED not working. I found that one of the connections was disconnected but when I reconnected the LED was still not working.

This caravan motor mover controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was faulty, this was replaced and also the shattered LED was replaced and full functionality was restored.
