PACKED UP SUDDENLY NONE OF THE FUNCTIONS WORK. GRANDKIDS WERE ROUND BUT OF COURSE NO ONE ADMITS TO EITHER PLAYING WITH IT OR DROPPING IT.

 

This BEF6500 electric fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was not responding on any button press.

On opening there was a problem with 2 of the buttons which required replacements to bee fitted.  Also the Infra red LED was faulty, a replacement was fitted.

Full functionality was restored, there is some green indicator LEDS which are weak in visibility (see video) but does not effect functionality.
