Customer's Fault Description
Certain buttons are not working across the key pad. E.g. buttons 1-9. Other buttons work fine e.g. power and enhancer button .
This item arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have various buttons not working. A concise track continuity test was carried out but no open circuit could be found. A component test also revealed no solution.
Sadly a repair is not possible on this control due to the complexity of the issue.
