It hasnt worked for sometime , none of the buttons work ,even when change batteries

 

This Bose control arrived safely and was confirmed not to be transmitting a signal on any button press.

When opened the 40.685 oscillator was found to be faulty, a replacement is on order and will be fitted as soon as it arrives.

The replacement crystal arrived but sadly the remote remained dead, it was therefore concluded that the main IC was at fault which is not available as a spare.  This has deemed a repair not possible.

This item was disposed of on the 15th June 2018 as per the customers request
