Customer's Fault Description
Bottom right down button stuck in.
Battery terminal wire off.
This gas fire control arrived safely and on inspection there were a few issues, the main issue was that the down button was not activating. The PCB was also moving around loosely within the case and also one of the battery cables was loose.
The button was replaced as well as the front of the case, the origional case had broken fixing pins. Also the battery cable was replaced and full functionality was restored.
