Customer's Fault Description
Remote controller working intermittently - in particularly the skylight (vent) opening/closure.
New battery connecting lead required.
This Conservatory Light, Fan & Skylight controller arrived safely and on inspection the batter cable was damaged, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality. The buttons all seem to be working without problem but the button facia does have micro cracks in them therefore care must be taken not to get moisture onto the array.... I have decided to add a plastic sheeting to give it a bit of protection against the elements
