Customers Fault Description : Item has stopped working. Have replaced batteries but item still faulty and no lights lighting up to confirm any power going into fob.
This garage door controller arrived safely and testing was confirmed not to be powering up. The problem was caused by a broken battery housing. Two of the solder points that hold the housing in place were disconnected. The housing was resoldered and normal functionality was restored.
