Customer's Fault Description
Motor mover remote fell off its hook when caravan hit a pothole and landed on a wheel brace, no signs of life when its switched on now
This caravan motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from its on slider switch.
The control was cut open and there were 2 issues found, the first was that the PCB had a broken fixing mount and the other issue was that the shaft of the slider switch itself had broken.
The PCB was glued into place and a replacement switch fitted, full functionality was restored.
