Customer's Fault Description
the fault appears to be no visual screen
This Electric Velux Window controller arrived safely and on adding a power source the display was illuminated but had no graphics.
On opening this was found to be due to a component that had broken away from the board. Luckily the component was still present so it was refitted and full functionality was restored.
