Customer's Fault Description
Remote control dead. would not switch on. Shook it and twiddled with batteries and it came on but wouldn't switch off. got it to operate for a short period and all buttons working. Then went off and wouldn't switch back on. On/Off switch seems dodgy.
This truma caravan motor mover control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be turning on.
The item was cut open and the issue was found to be a faulty on off switch and also 2 broken mounting pins for the PCB.
A replacement switch was fitted and the PCB was glued back into place and full functionality was restored.
