Customer's Fault Description
Control box power light not coming on. There aopears to be a problem between the ribbon from the keypad to the socket on the pcb.
This RK move controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from the power on button press.
This was found to be due to the facia being faulty, a replacement facia was fitted and full functionality was restored.
A replacement battery cover has also been supplied as the customers was missing. Also a new battery cable was fitted
