Customers Fault Description : Awning not responding to remote controler.
This External Electric Awning controller arrived safely and on adding a power source was found to be transmitting on each button press.
A component check was carried out to see if any issues could be found but no fault could be replicated.
It was therefore concluded that this controller is working and not in need of repair, please see the video at the bottom of this page for instructions on repairing the remote to the awning and other local fault guides that may help you.
