Customer's Fault Description
Difficult for handset to turn on. Sometimes have to click over 10 times to turn on (double click red button for on). Very temperamental.
This caravan motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a "sluggish" power on.
On opening the reason was found to be a high resistance on the power button, the button was replaced and full normal functionality was restored.
