Customer's Fault Description
Volume Packed up but think there maybe another one not working ie the channel change button
I have replaced the Batteries thinking it was them but soon realized it must be the Remote itself
This Bose TV remote control arrived safely and on testing was working on all buttons however the volume button and the on/off button was sluggish and required a hard button press.
On opening this was found to be due to a contamination over the button contacts (see images), the board was cleaned of all contaminants and given an alcohol bath. Full functionality was restored.
