Customer's Fault Description
The on/off switch only works intermittently, I have tried a new battery but their is no difference

 

This Royal caravan motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have intermittent power.

On opening the issue was found to be due to a faulty power cable, a replacement was fitted and also the power switch was cleaned with switch cleaner.  Full functionality was restored.
