Customers Fault Description : Function keys are not working
These 2 bathroom televisions arrived safely and on testing were confirmed to have erroneous non transmitting buttons. Both were opened and were found to be suffering from the same issue whereby the print had corrosion spots causing open circuits around the board.
The print was reworked on both devices and full functionality was restored.
