Customer's Fault Description
No screen display or backlight and the fixed, non touch screen, buttons do nothing either. Case has been opened as was hoping to find dead internal battery cell, for memory function for example.

 

This AV Amp system controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be totally dead.  The device was opened and a component test was carried out, unfortunately no issue could be found and it was then deduced that the issue was with one of the main processors which sadly are not available as spares.  This has deemed a repair non possible.
