Possible Connection fault unsure if anything else faulty
This aircon system remote control arrived safely and on inspection the battery terminals were badly tarnished due to a battery leakage.
On testing the functionality was intermittent. When opened there was also some contamination over some of the button array. The board was cleaned up and the terminals were cleaned and coated, full functionality was restored.
