Customers Fault Description : The remote was dropped,something rattles inside,has now stopped working.
This Truma caravan motor mover control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be turning on.
The case was cut open and the issue was found to be the shaft on the power button had broken off and also the board was loose in the housing.
A replacement switch was fitted and the pcb glued into place, full functionality was restored.
