Customer's Fault Description
Does not operate, just emits long beep
This motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to just make a continuous beep when power was added. Initially it was thought to be due to contamination over the button array but after cleaning the pads the issue remained.
It was then found that there was contamination between various pins on one of the processors. The whole board was given an alcohol bath and normal functionality was then restored.
