No Green Transmission Light when switching on, control unit reset, new batteries fit in remote, battery connections look strange.

 

This Truma caravan motor mover controller arrived safely and on inspection 2 of the battery terminals was missing meaning no power was getting to the PCB.  Replacement terminals were fitted and full functionality was restored.
