All buttons not working/sticking

 

This remote timer controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have intermittent functionality.

On opening there was a couple of issues found, the first was that the PCB was loose inside the control, this had caused the second issue being that the IR LED had cracked solder joints.

The IR LED was replaced and the PCB glued into position, full normal functionality was restored
