REMOTE ONLY WORKS WHEN USING THE EMERGENCY CABLE, IT DOES NOT WORK REMOTELY

 

This remote arrived safely and on inspection the battery was 6 instead of 9v.  

When tested the control was sending a signal as normal.  The control was opened to see if there was a reason for an intermittent problem but no issue could be found.  This item is classed as No Fault Found
