Customers Fault Description : Remote not working the electric chair properly. Its intermitent. Sometimes works. Tried batteries
This massage chair controller arrived safely and on testing was found not to be powering on from the power button press, after talking to the customer it was found that the button itself was at fault.
A replacement button was fitted and full functionality was restored.
