Customer's Fault Description
I have tried everything in the manual to to get the remote to work with no joy. The remote has life in it because when you put the last of the 3 batteries in the light next to the on/off switch flashes twice

 

This caravan mover control arrived safely and on testing was not responding from the power on press.

This was due to corrosion on the button contacts.  The print was reworked and full functionality was restored.
