Customers Fault Description : Just stopped working
This brake tester controller arrived safely and on inspection the end IR cover was missing. When tested the item was not responding from any button press.
On opening there was a retaining pad for the battery that had broken off meaning the battery was not sitting firmly in position, hot melt glue was used to create a more sturdy retaining block and when the battery was refitted full normal functionality was restored.
