Customer's Fault Description
It just stopped working, I changed the battery and it still won't work, none of the buttons are stuck.

 

This vibradorm bed remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from any button press.

This was found to be due to a faulty crystal oscillator.  A replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
