Some buttons work but 1,5 & 8 don't
This control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from various button presses.
On opening this was found to be due to contamination over the button array.
The board was given an alcohol bath to remove its contaminants and the rubber keypad was washed down, when reassembled full functionality was restored
