Customer's Fault Description
ribbon is snapped behind plastic front cover
so green lights dont come on
This powrtouch control arrived safely and on inspection the facia was removed and the ribbon cable was spliced. Also the battery cable was broken.
A repair was carried out to the ribbon cable and the battery cable was replaced which restored functionality. Please note that the control will permanently be turned on due to the extent of the button array and its therefore adamant to remove the battery when not in use.
