Customers Fault Description : bed has stuck in upright position, changed batteries on bed to no avail
This bed remote control arrived safely and on carrying out a component test no issue could be found. After contacting the customer to learn more about the fault it was deduced that the cable was put under stress prior to the fault occuring. This led to the conclusion that the cable may have a break in it that would be intermittent when flexing,
A replacement cable was fitted and the customer is required to test the item fully on its arrival. The button contacts were also cleaned with switch cleaner as a prevention for future issues.
