Slight bit of water entered the battery compartment

 

This Sarason Waterproof TV Remote arrived safely and on adding a power source was found not to be responding on any button press.

On opening there was a lot of water over the entire PCB and button array.  The parts were dried out thoroughly and  a few corrosion poins on the button array were reworked.

Full functionality was restored.  Please note that this control is not waterproof and great care must be taken.
