Customer's Fault Description
Charge plug requires soldering to board.
Capacitor missing from board and requires replacing.
Battery requires reconnection.
This RGB controller arrived safely and on inspection the charging port was disconnected from the board, the battery leads were broken from the battery and also a capacitor was missing.
The charge port was refitted as well as the battery leads and then a capacitor was fitted.
The item was then charged and full functionality was restored.
