Customer's Fault Description
Red LED permanently light on and no send any commands.
This AV Receiver controller arrived safely and on inspection had many scuff / scratch marks around the seem remnant of a attempted opening.
On adding a power source the control was confirmed to have no function other than a permanent red led illumination.
On opening a component test was carried out but sadly no issue could be found, it was therefore concluded that the issue lay with one of the processors.
These processors are not available as spares and therefore a repair is not possible.
