Customer's Fault Description
Power and Channel buttons turn TV on - but no buttons have any effect once the TV is on. (Cannot change channel, alter volume, or turn off.)

 

This LCD tv remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have various faulty buttons.

On opening this was found to be due to corrosion in the print caused by water damage.

The print was reworked and full functionality was restored.  Please note that this control is not waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
