Customer's Fault Description
control does not activate the mover from any button,it also ran down the newly fitted Duracell batteries overnight
This control arrived safely and on testing was turning on but was erratic in behaviour.
On removing the facia there was contamination over the button array especially around the power button.
There was also a slight corrosion point in the usual spot, the print was reworked as per normal repairs.
When retested the remote now turns on for the 60 second count whilst it looks for the receiver (see testing video) and an rf signal is present throughout.
Please note that the control may require pairing with the receiver as per the manufacturers instructions.
