Control not working replaced the bartery but not working

 

This window controller arrived safely and on inspection the facia was cracked and damaged.

On adding a power source the control was constantly sending a signal.  THis was due to a short in the button array.  The facia was split and  secondary button caps were fitted under the originals and also the contacts were cleaned.  The facia is not available as a spare and therefore this is the only option to carry out a repair.

Full functionality was restored.
