The same as your example remote got washed with my shorts! Tried to dry it out lights now working but no transmission to door opener.

 

This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting at the usual 433 mhz.  the buttons are a little sluggish but still function with a hard press.

The item was opened to see if there was any reason for an intermittent issue but none could be found.

This item is classed as functionaing and it is most likely that the remote needs "pairing" with its relevant receiver.
