Customer's Fault Description
Remote has come apart & no longer functions.The remote only operates the lower temperature setting. Have contacted PORTWAY who have stated that the remote control cannot now be obtained as manufacturer is no longer trading.
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on inspection the control was apart, one button was missing and the battery cover was bent out of shape.
The PCB was tested and normal functionality was found, therefore the battery cover and button was replaced and the casing was secured together
