Customer's Fault Description
we have 2 controllers that are not working. On one of them the 'up' button doest work and on the other, none of them work. Please could you let me know if you could fix them?
This metal grid controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal, the item was opened to see if there was any intermittent problems, but no issue could be found and no fault could be replicated.
It is therefore concluded that it is possible that the remote will need re-pairing with the receiver.
