This Vibradorm bed remote arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing and one of the terminals was badly damaged.

The terminal problem on these remotes is quite a common issue which is remedied by removing the poor quality terminal plates and replacing with a battery clip.  Full functionality was restored.
